2XZ series direct-driven rotary vane vacuum pump is one of the main vacuum equipment pumping gas from the sealed container. It not only can be used alone, but also can be used as a backing pump of booster pump, diffusion pump, process pump, the front pump of turbo molecular pump and the pre-pump of titanium pump.
The 2XZ series two stage rotary pump is suitable for pumping air and other general gases. The oil pump forced oil device, the inlet pressure is less than 1.33 * 103, the advantages is its continuous operation.
Description:
1. Large pumping speed ,compact structure ,low noise level, and low vibration, small volume, lightweight. It's widely used in university and colleges as laboratory vacuum pump.
